Discussing problems, providing the options and then executing what needs to be done so that business owners feel more confident and less stressed is the way I like to work.

Not only am I passionate about growing not only my own businesses and my client's businesses but I am also passionate about youth projects, music and community.  In 2015 I led a team of volunteers to build a new community hall in Benfleet  and am also the Founder and Chairman of Involved Projects a youth charity working with young people in Castle Point since 2003.

Having a close team of people to work with is important to me and this includes not only my own team but also the "team" of clients I work with too.
